I have been a client of Passion hair and Beauty for approximately 4 years now and love the friendly service that I am always provided with. I moved away from the local area for a period of time and when I was coming back to visit family I always made sure that I made an appointment with Tanya. Tanya has a natural flair for being able to find the right style, cut and colour for any type of hair. I always walk in and Tanya asks what I would like done and I always respond with whatever you think. I can tell you that I have always walked out knowing that I have been treated fantastically and with a great style. The girls are always so friendly and helpful and will try to squeeze you in as much as possible. There is so much on offer in terms of services available and products to buy that it is hard choosing. I love going to get my hair done with Tanya and the girls and recommend them highly to anyone wanting top quality and friendly service.

I have been a client at Passions Hair & Beauty for over 5 years.  I look forward to, and enjoy, my appointment time at Tanya's salon and although I may be having a cut and colour I feel like I am relaxing at an International Spa Resort.  Upon being seated I am offered a drinks menu.  Hang on.  Did I accidently stop at a Cafe Bar.?? Oops, sorry, I'm at the Hair Salon. After choosing a Cappuccino from the menu and after a chat with the girls and a few laughs I am then caped up and ready to sit and relax and enjoy the experience of Passion Hair and Beauty Salon.  I love the recliner lounge massage chair which I am seated in when it's my turn for a rinse, shampoo and condition. Not only does my head feel like its in heaven the rest of my body does also.  The girls are all extremely friendly and professional.  They are always conscious of their clients needs and aim to make sure you are comfortable.
If you think you are just going to get a cut, then think again. You are in for a whole new experience.

"Tanya and the team at Passion Hair have saved me from a fate worse than death:BAD HAIR. I had been with my previous hairdresser for 9 years (which in itself is a hard act to follow) before moving to Gladstone. The first hairdresser I saw in Gladstone made such a hash of my hair, it broke off at the roots! I then embarked on accosting strangers with "good hair" and asking them where they had it done. Tanya came very highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. She was able to ameliorate the damage and come up with a plan to restore my hair to its former glory. Tanya has been cutting my hair since she was a 3rd year apprentice in Biloela some 20 or so years ago, can’t say exactly in fear of giving her age away!! Tanya was always very confident in her abilities and when she asked me if she could cut it as my regular hairdresser was unavailable I was very hesitant. I was and still am extremely fussy with my hair but I am pleased to say that she did a beautiful job and still does to this day. I have followed her in her different salons and even when she was having her children and not working she was still happy to travel to Biloela and look after her favourite clients She has encouraged me to be adventurous with cuts and styles and particularly colours and she has never been wrong in what she thinks will suit my hair and face. The last few years I have been having dermabrasion and have been happy with the results of that, I am now having laser treatment with the salon and am ecstatic with how successful it is proving to be.  Her salons are always very clean and well run, her staff happy and it is a pleasure to go there for my few hours of pampering every few weeks I am happy to have her as my hairdresser and friend
